Terms of Service

Subscription Terms

EasyQuote is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Each plan includes a specified quote allowance per billing cycle. Unused quotes do not roll over.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Each plan includes a seven-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

After the trial period ends and a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused quotes, or unused features. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at legal@easyquote.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated credits for downgrades.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use EasyQuote only for lawful purposes in connection with legitimate remodeling or contracting business activities. You must not:

• Use the service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading estimates.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share, including videos recorded without the subject's consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the EasyQuote platform or its AI systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to EasyQuote without prior written permission.
• Use automated means to generate quotes at volumes beyond your plan allowance.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we may terminate accounts without a refund.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data associated with your account will be retained for 90 days before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Limitation of Liability

EasyQuote provides an AI-assisted estimation tool. All quotes generated by the platform are estimates only. EasyQuote is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of any AI-generated estimate or line item.
• Business outcomes, job losses, or customer disputes arising from quotes delivered through the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyQuote's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
